Phishing scam 13/04/2012

A number of UBank customers have received a phishing email purporting to be from UBank. These fraudulent emails may attempt to trick you into providing personal information such as your Login ID and password.

Don't respond to any requests for this information, even if they appear to have come from us. We'll never ask you to disclose your details via email.

WHAT YOU CAN DO: Always type 'www.ubank.com.au' into your browser's address bar when accessing the UBank website and Internet Banking.

If you think your online banking information has been compromised, you think you've received a scam email, or there's been unauthorised access to your account, please contact us immediately on 13 30 80.
